A 34-year-old man, Nathan Hayward, has been prohibited from entering certain areas of Cheltenham after repeatedly exhibiting abusive and threatening behaviour towards members of the local community.
Over a span of several weeks, Gloucestershire Police received numerous complaints concerning Hayward’s conduct. As a result, Gloucester County Court issued an anti-social behaviour injunction (ASBI) against him on 3 July, which was finalised on 13 August.
The injunction forbids Hayward from engaging in any acts that cause alarm, harassment, or distress to individuals within Cheltenham or Gloucester. Additionally, he is prohibited from using or threatening violence against anyone in Gloucestershire.

Hayward is specifically banned from being present in Warwick Place and Grove Street, both located in Cheltenham, at any time. This ASBI will remain in effect until 3 July 2027. Breaching any of these conditions may lead to his arrest.
The injunction was secured through a partnership between Cheltenham Solace and the Cheltenham Neighbourhood Policing Team.
