A man in his 30s experienced a string of misfortune after being assaulted twice in a single evening during a night out in Evesham. The series of events left him with severe bruising across his body and a black eye.
The first attack occurred between 6pm and 7pm on Sunday, March 2, outside Valkyrie Bar on Market Square. A woman in her 20s struck the victim with a glass, causing a cut to his eyebrow, and proceeded to physically assault him.
Shortly after, at around 8.30pm, the man was targeted once again outside The Old Swanne Inne on Evesham High Street. This time, he was attacked from behind by a male in his 20s, who viciously kicked and punched him, leaving him with significant injuries.

The victim sustained bruising, sore ribs, a swollen black eye, and the initial cut to his eyebrow, but did not seek hospital treatment.
West Mercia Police are urging any witnesses to come forward with information regarding the two assaults.
