A man wearing a pink dress, stockings, black boots, and a long brown wig was reported engaging in indecent exposure on a grass verge beside Spine Road in South Cerney, near Cirencester. The incident occurred at approximately 7 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17.
Local police responded swiftly to the scene following calls from concerned members of the public. A man in his 50s from Wiltshire was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure. After being questioned, he was released on bail with conditions as the investigation continues.
Authorities are urging anyone who was in the area at the time, especially drivers who may have captured relevant dashcam footage, to come forward. Described as white, the man’s distinctive attire may help witnesses identify him.
