Man Admits to Seven-Month Cheltenham Theft Spree

Mason McConnon, a 30-year-old man with no fixed abode, has admitted to multiple thefts from vehicles in Cheltenham. He pleaded guilty to ten counts of theft and one count of interference at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court between October 2024 and April 2025, according to Gloucestershire Police.

McConnon is currently remanded into custody and is set to be sentenced at the end of the month. The police statement noted that McConnon entered the guilty pleas yesterday (Friday 1 May), and that he had previously been charged with the offences.
