Jay Larner, the pub manager for the past three years, shares, “Our beer garden has been incredibly popular, especially on sunny days. The high walls create a naturally cool and shaded environment, complemented by the new parasols, making it perfect for relaxing with friends.”

Samuel Smith pubs also encourage a “digital detox,” inviting customers to engage in conversation by minimizing phone use. Jay explains, “We’re not against using phones entirely; sharing photos or messages is fine. We just ask guests to refrain from playing music or videos that may disturb others.”
