A significant milestone has been achieved in the delivery of The Forum with the completion of Patch Gloucester’s fit-out, gearing up for its official opening on January 5.
This flagship 17,000 sq. ft workspace is a pivotal addition to The Forum development, establishing a new dynamic destination for work, business, and community engagement in Gloucester.
Patch Gloucester will be the largest site yet for Patch, offering a variety of work environments including private offices, co-working studios, dedicated desks, members’ lounges, and publicly bookable meeting rooms and event spaces. This makes it a vibrant hub designed to support creatives, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and community organizations alike.

The fit-out was expertly delivered by Gloucester-based third-generation family company Cobus Spaces, alongside trusted local subcontractors. With over 20 years of experience delivering high-quality design and build office projects across the UK, Cobus Spaces brings a strong commitment to excellence in workplace and education environments.
Reflecting a modern, design-led, and sustainable philosophy, the space aligns seamlessly with The Forum’s net-zero carbon operational goals and green credentials.

The Forum development, valued at £107 million and led by Gloucester City Council in partnership with Reef + Partners, features 135,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space, a 4-star Hotel Indigo by IHG Hotels, a 393-space car park equipped with 41 EV charging points, residential apartments, and retail outlets.
