Louise Redknapp recently revealed the difficulties she faced while appearing on ITV’s The Masked Dancer due to her struggle with claustrophobia. The 50-year-old shared that the experience inside the costume was overwhelming, causing her to feel restricted and anxious.
The singer explained that the large headpiece and heavy beak of the flamingo costume made it hard for her to move freely, and at times she felt that her efforts were not visible to the audience. Additionally, visibility was also a problem, adding to the challenge of performing in the elaborate outfit.
Louise expressed her reluctance to participate in similar shows in the future, highlighting the significant pressure involved in performing as a singer. She emphasized that she was now done with competitive TV programs after her experience on Strictly Come Dancing in 2016.
