Lisa Hogan, partner of renowned broadcaster Jeremy Clarkson, has broken her silence following Jeremy’s heartfelt disclosure about his prostate cancer diagnosis. The 66-year-old former Top Gear presenter revealed during the latest episode of his Amazon series Clarkson’s Farm that he had undergone surgery last summer to remove 10% of his prostate.
Lisa, 52, who has been with Jeremy since 2017, took to social media to offer thanks to fans and supporters. Alongside a photo of Clarkson enjoying a moment outdoors on their farm, she wrote: “Back at the farm,” and shared information from Prostate Cancer UK, adding, “Thank you for all the support today. @prostatecanceruk.”
In the show’s fifth season, Clarkson candidly informed his farm team — farm manager Charlie Ireland and farmhand Kaleb Cooper — about his diagnosis. He said, “I’ve got cancer. I’ve known since May,” before explaining that after a medical checkup and a biopsy, the aggressive cancer was detected at an early stage, making treatment promising.

Clarkson later addressed viewers from a hospital bed during the season finale, reflecting on the challenges he faced throughout his journey. “We started season five with me in a hospital bed and here we are at the end of season five and I’m back in a hospital bed,” he said. He added poignantly, “If this is all successful, I’ll see you for season six, and if it isn’t, I won’t. Take care, everyone.”
Prostate Cancer UK acknowledged Clarkson’s openness on social media, thanking him for raising essential awareness about the disease. They highlighted the critical importance of early diagnosis and urged men to be proactive about their health. The charity noted that although Jeremy found his cancer early, many men in the UK receive their diagnosis too late, which limits treatment options.
The organization emphasized the responsibility men bear to understand their risk and act promptly, encouraging anyone concerned to use their quick online Risk Checker or visit a GP for a simple blood test to detect signs of prostate cancer.
Jeremy Clarkson’s story has not only shed light on a silent health threat but also inspired many to pay closer attention to their well-being.
