Kaleb Cooper Writes Off Iconic Mitsubishi Triton Featured on Clarkson’s Farm

Kaleb Cooper, the popular farm manager from Amazon Prime Video’s Clarkson’s Farm, has announced the end of the road for his trusty Mitsubishi Triton. The vehicle, which featured on the show—famously used for delivering farm-grown wasabi to London’s top restaurants—has been written off after sustaining severe damage.

In a recent social media post, Kaleb, 27, shared a photo showing the damaged front left wing and a burst rear tire of his truck. Although visible damage was already significant, Kaleb revealed that the unseen damage was even worse, leading to the decision to scrap the vehicle.

“Over 200,000 miles on the clock with no problems, but unfortunately it’s now officially a write-off,” Kaleb wrote. “No more London trips to sell wasabi, sadly.”

Fans quickly weighed in on the post. User wheely90 expressed skepticism about the write-off status, to which Kaleb responded, “It’s the damage you can’t see which is the problem.” Others humorously suggested alternative uses: Melon joked about Jeremy Hammond repairing it, referencing the show host’s famously customized tractor, while Lukuss suggested transforming the truck into a swivel office for the farm manager.

Kaleb Cooper first gained attention through Clarkson’s Farm, where his straightforward expertise and hands-on approach in managing the 400-hectare Diddly Squat Farm have made him a fan favorite. A native of Chipping Norton in the Cotswolds, Kaleb’s connection to agriculture began early. He started farming at age 12 and launched his first business selling chicken eggs at 13 after receiving three chickens for his birthday.

“I had 450 chickens within two months, going door-to-door selling eggs,” Kaleb recounted in earlier interviews, highlighting the beginnings of his entrepreneurial spirit.

As a devoted father of three and seasoned farmer, Kaleb’s deep roots in farming and his no-nonsense style continue to be a cornerstone of his role on the show. While his beloved Mitsubishi Triton may now be out of commission, his passion for the land and farming remains stronger than ever.
