Jeremy Clarkson’s girlfriend, Lisa Hogan, recently responded sharply to a journalist’s comparison of her to “the Meghan Markle of the Cotswolds.” Known for starring alongside Clarkson in the popular Amazon Prime series Clarkson’s Farm, Lisa has become a recognizable figure in the farming community for her drive and commitment to the business.
In an interview with You Magazine’s Richard Godwin, Lisa shared her experiences managing the Diddly Squat Farm Shop at their Oxfordshire farm, the central setting of the show. The series documents Clarkson’s often humorous struggles to run a farm despite little prior experience.
Aside from her role on the farm, Lisa is an entrepreneur running LGH Sculptures and looking after the farm’s retail arm. Richard described her as a “hustler,” noting how she enthusiastically handed him a variety of Diddly Squat-themed merchandise, including chopping boards and tea towels.

When asked if she identified with Meghan Markle, who launched her own lifestyle brand after stepping back from royal duties, Lisa replied with humor and firmness: “I will sneeze on you if you write that! No, I’ve been doing this for five, six years now, and I love it. We genuinely grow everything, and I even pick a lot of it.”
Before her farming life, Lisa worked as a model and actress. She appeared in the 1997 film Fierce Creatures alongside notable actors such as John Cleese and Jamie Lee Curtis.
The latest season of Clarkson’s Farm has been released in stages, with eight episodes spread over three weeks. Alongside Lisa’s contributions, new cast member Harriet Cowan has also gained fan affection after stepping in during cast member Kaleb Cooper’s temporary absence.
As Harriet helped with general farm duties and even eyebrow trimming, viewers quickly warmed to her presence. Despite some off-screen tensions reportedly emerging upon Kaleb’s return, Harriet urged fans on Instagram to be kind, emphasizing that “your words matter.”
