Jeremy later explains to Kaleb, “You’ve got three arteries that feed your heart to keep it pumping. My heart wasn’t getting any blood,” highlighting the seriousness of his condition. While Prime Video has yet to confirm the future of Clarkson’s Farm beyond season 5, Jeremy remains optimistic about continuing the series. He has expressed interest in producing at least two more seasons, stating, “We’ll definitely do six – Amazon want to [do season six] and I want to. I’ve got a good idea for six.”
Clarkson’s Farm season 5 will premiere exclusively on Prime Video, with the first four episodes releasing on June 3, and additional episodes rolling out on June 10 and 17.
