The much-loved series Clarkson’s Farm is back on Prime Video with its fourth season, putting Jeremy Clarkson in unfamiliar territory once again. This season, Jeremy confronts a significant challenge as his favorite Lamborghini tractor starts failing him. New farm hand Harriet Cowan introduces Jeremy to her own tractor, offering a more efficient and user-friendly alternative that sparks his curiosity.
Intrigued, Jeremy embarks on a tractor trial, inviting a fleet of different models to the farm. His partner, Lisa Hogan, is visibly overwhelmed as eight massive tractors arrive, turning the farm into a chaotic parking lot. Jeremy finds himself out of his depth, forced to navigate numerous sales pitches as he grapples with the critical decision of choosing the best machine.

In an amusing twist reminiscent of Jeremy’s Top Gear days, he tests the tractors by timing how quickly they can release their trailer hitches. Narrowing the field down to a New Holland, a Fendt, and a Case, Jeremy admits, “Making that choice though, was filling me with absolute dread.”
However, by episode four, Jeremy confesses to Kaleb Cooper that he ultimately ignored his previous evaluations. Instead, he surprises everyone by unveiling a massive green Lamborghini tractor equipped with a powerful 7.8-litre engine delivering 340 horsepower. Jeremy explains that his experience ploughing with a 270-horsepower tractor convinced him he needed something more robust.
The new Lamborghini, which he acquired for a bargain price of £85,000—far less than the £120,000-£180,000 price tag of the medium-sized tractors he trialed—comes packed with high-tech features including a GPS system and adjustable front suspension. Despite its advantages, Jeremy and Kaleb face challenges adapting to the unfamiliar control layout, especially when hitching a five-tonne plough to the back and testing it on damp soil.
Clarkson’s Farm season 4 continues to showcase the humor and hurdles of running a farm, with Jeremy Clarkson’s tractor adventures adding a fresh layer of excitement to the show’s latest installment.
