While Martin’s recent weight loss has been attributed to his increased consumption of fish—as it now accounts for 80% of his diet—he humorously admits that he still enjoys indulging in butter. In an episode of the Spooning with Mark Wogan podcast, he shared that his passion for motor racing kick-started his remarkable weight loss, as he noticed difficulty getting in and out of cars.

Despite dedicating an entire book to butter, the celebrity chef emphasizes his preference for simple food and high-quality ingredients.
