Harriet Cowan, the breakout star of Clarkson’s Farm series four, has traded her muddy farm boots for a chic salon makeover, unveiling a fresh and glamorous new look. At just 25, Harriet quickly became a fan favourite after stepping in for Kaleb Cooper and spending 11 weeks living and working alongside Jeremy Clarkson at Diddly Squat Farm in Oxfordshire.
Known for her sharp wit, impressive farming knowledge, and infectious charm, Harriet captured viewers’ hearts during the series. Since then, she has shifted her focus entirely, leaving her nursing career behind to dedicate herself to farming and content creation.
Speaking candidly on the Fed by Farmers podcast, Harriet explained her decision to quit nursing: “I’ve given up nursing because I was going into people’s houses and I was getting recognised as that girl off the telly. I was supposed to be there as a professional nurse – there were people dying at the end of the day, and I was supposed to be there as a professional.”

Now embracing a new chapter, Harriet shared her latest salon transformation with her over 806,300 TikTok followers. In the video, she sported a white buttoned long-sleeve top paired with lightly washed high-waisted jeans. Her hair, styled in voluminous curls cascading down her chest and back, reflected her radiant smile as she enjoyed the sunny day and sang along to the background music. She credited hairstylist @jaimecamillashair for the stunning look.
Fans flooded the comments with praise: “Absolutely stunning,” “She’s just too gorgeous,” “Look beautiful, Harriet,” and “So so so gorgeous!”
Although Harriet’s future on Clarkson’s Farm remains unconfirmed, she addressed the possibility during a BBC Breakfast News interview last year, saying, “We’ve always left it very open. I’m here if he needs me, but no plans at the minute. If he needs me, I’m here.”
Clarkson’s Farm returns for its fifth season in June on Prime Video, with filming having wrapped in September 2025. Whether Harriet will reprise her role remains to be seen, but her fans are eagerly awaiting her next move.
