Gregg Wallace Transforms Career After MasterChef Departure

Gregg Wallace, known widely as a former MasterChef UK presenter, has embarked on an inspiring new career path centered on health and wellbeing. Following his departure from the popular BBC cooking show, Gregg has launched a personal training service and a wellbeing website called GreggWallace.Health, motivated by his own impressive weight loss journey, having lost five stone.

In a recent Instagram announcement, Gregg revealed that he is offering personal coaching for wellness improvement at £200 per month. “You do not have to accept decline as a part of getting older,” he shared in a heartfelt video. “You can do something about this. You can be leaner, fitter, healthier, [and] have more energy. I went on my own wellness journey and I am healthier at 60 than I was at 30.”

Gregg’s coaching specifically targets individuals over 50, aiming to help them feel better, look better, and boost their confidence. He encourages anyone interested in embarking on their own health journey to reach out to him personally.

Additionally, Gregg highlights his website’s extensive collection of healthy, quick recipes, crafted in collaboration with expert nutritionists over nearly five years. “If you go to GreggWallace.Health right now, you can access literally hundreds and hundreds of really healthy meals that only take minutes to make,” he explained. The site caters especially to busy people seeking easy ways to improve their diet.

This career transformation comes amidst a difficult period for Gregg. In 2024, production company Banijay UK launched an investigation into allegations of inappropriate behaviour and sexual harassment against him during his tenure on MasterChef. Following these allegations, Gregg voluntarily stepped down from the show in November. His legal representatives have strongly denied the claims, labeling them “entirely false.”

In an open and emotional interview with the Daily Mail, Gregg revealed the devastating personal impact the accusations have had on him. “I’ve thought about suicide all the time” since leaving the programme, he admitted. He described feeling abandoned by the BBC, overwhelmed by a surge of social media abuse and public scrutiny. “You’re watching yourself get personally ripped apart, criticised, accused of all sorts of stuff over and over again,” he said, recounting the intense stress and emotional toll.

Despite these challenges, Gregg Wallace appears determined to forge a new path by helping others achieve better health and wellness, demonstrating resilience and a commitment to positive change.
