The tradition of announcing the passing of loved ones in local news media remains a deeply valued service. We are honored by the trust placed in us to share these important announcements, connecting communities in moments of reflection and remembrance.
Every death notice published in our newspaper and online also appears on funeral-notices.co.uk, the UK’s leading site for death notices and memorials. These notices remain accessible indefinitely, offering families and friends a permanent tribute to their loved ones—a secure space to share memories, add tributes, upload photographs, and contribute donations in memory.
Each week, we pay tribute to those dear to our region by featuring funeral notices and dedicated online tribute pages. To view the latest announcements, add your own tributes, or create a funeral notice, please visit funeral-notices.co.uk or contact our compassionate team at 01482 908084.
