Announcing the passing of a loved one through local news media has been a valued tradition for generations, and we are honoured to be entrusted with these meaningful announcements. Each funeral notice we publish in our newspaper and on our news website is also featured on funeral-notices.co.uk, the UK’s leading platform for death notices and memorials.
Every notice remains online indefinitely, offering families and friends a permanent tribute. This secure space allows people to share memories, post tributes, upload photographs, and contribute donations in memory of their loved ones. Each week, we pay homage to those remembered in our community by featuring their funeral notices and online tribute pages.
To view the latest announcements or to add your own tributes for those from our region, you can visit funeral-notices.co.uk. If you wish to create a funeral notice, please contact our dedicated team at 01482 908084 for assistance.
