Gloucester Quays has reported a significant increase in sales, with a 6% rise in total sales over the past financial year. Tenants who invested in new shop fits and renewed leases experienced particular growth, indicating sustained performance and consistent growth at the outlet.
From April 2024 to March 2025, Gloucester Quays experienced a 6% uplift in sales, following an impressive 11% increase the previous year. Leading brands such as Le Creuset, Skechers, Mountain Warehouse, Hallmark, Raging Bull, and Holland & Barrett saw a 5% increase in retail sales, benefiting from their store improvements.
Hospitality brands at Gloucester Quays also saw a significant sales boost, up 7% on the previous financial year. Local favorite Anatolian Palace and national chain Nando’s both saw double-digit growth, contributing to the overall increase in sales.

The success of Gloucester Quays comes ahead of the summer opening of the Cotswolds Designer Outlet near Tewkesbury. However, the new outlet center is set to feature familiar names from the Quays, including Puma, Skechers, and Mountain Warehouse.

Brands that have reinvigorated their commitment to Gloucester Quays have seen marked sales growth in the last financial year. Moreover, since the beginning of 2025, Gloucester Quays has witnessed several contract renewals, with eight tenants reaffirming their residency, including Trespass, Puma, Adidas, and The North Face.
