Gloucester Quays has confirmed that American lifestyle brand Hollister will open its first outlet store in the South West at the shopping centre, marking an important milestone for the venue.
Hollister, part of the Abercrombie & Fitch Co., specialises in casual clothing aimed at teenagers and young adults. The brand, known for its past distinctive in-store atmosphere and style, hopes the new outlet will attract younger shoppers in the region.
There are currently no Hollister branches in Gloucestershire, and the exact opening date of the Gloucester Quays store has not yet been announced. However, job postings have recently appeared on Hollister’s website seeking a store manager and assistant manager, indicating preparations are underway.

The new store will occupy an 8,000 square foot unit on High Orchard Street, near the main entrance of Gloucester Quays’ outlet mall and opposite retailers Sostrene Grene and All Saints.
Owner Peel Retail & Leisure highlighted that Hollister’s mix of men’s and women’s clothing at outlet prices will complement the existing fashion brands at Gloucester Quays, including Jack Wills, Levi’s, The North Face, and Adidas. The company emphasised that the brand’s appeal aligns well with Gloucester Quays’ growing young and student customer base.
