Hartpury Academy continued their strong form in the Southern League Division One South with a 2-0 victory over Didcot Town at the 4ED Stadium on Tuesday night, marking their fourth game unbeaten at home. The Acorns struck early, with Billy Osborn scoring in under five minutes, converting a Nathan Jenkins cross. Shortly after, Didcot’s captain Adam Learoyd inadvertently turned in a Jenkins cross for an own goal, making it 2-0 within the first nine minutes.

On Saturday, Hartpury’s Nathan Jenkins showcased his scoring prowess with a hat-trick in a comprehensive 5-0 win against Larkhall Athletic. Jenkins opened the scoring at 19 minutes with a composed finish following a Noah Coates cross, and later scored a long-range effort before completing his hat-trick with a 94th-minute strike. Coates and Osborn also contributed goals, cementing the victory.

Meanwhile, Bishop’s Cleeve struggled to contain Malvern in a 3-1 loss at Kayte Lane. Malvern’s goals came through Piers Walton, Sam Clark, and captain Joe Tumelty. Cleeve’s Ross Langworthy scored a penalty late in the match, but manager Paul Collicutt acknowledged the challenge ahead, emphasizing the need for a strong reaction in upcoming games.

Evesham United secured a 1-1 draw against Chertsey Town in the Premier South, with Kai Churchley leveling the score after Brad Wilson’s opener.

In the Hellenic League Premier Division, Fairford Town overwhelmed title-chasers Slimbridge 7-3 at Thornhill Park. Early goals from Ollie Barnes and Jack W Smith set the tempo before Slimbridge briefly equalized. Harrison Edwards netted a hat-trick for Fairford, who continued to dominate despite a red card to Riegan Cook. Brad Hooper, Elliott Haffenden, and Wayne Nderimani (penalty) completed the scoring.

Promotion-chasing Sharpness maintained their top spot in the County League with a late winner against Henbury & Rockleaze, and Frampton United secured a 3-0 victory over Chalford. Ruardean Hill Rangers slipped to near-bottom after a 2-1 defeat to 10-man Cribbs Reserves, who benefited from a red card to Hill’s Dan Thompson.

Bishops Cleeve Development began their weekend with a 2-0 win over Broadwell Amateurs. In the Northern Senior League, Longlevens Reserves closed the gap on leaders Whaddon United and Dursley Town with a 2-0 win against Cheltenham Civil Service. Falcons dominated Tredworth Tigers 5-1, and Bibury drew 2-2 with Gala Wilton.

Smiths Barometrics moved close to Division Two leaders Hardwicke after a 2-0 victory at Frampton United Reserves. Barnwood United climbed to third after a 4-2 win over Harrow Hill, while King’s Stanley won 5-3 at Painswick. Lydbrook Athletic and Winchcombe Town played out a 2-2 draw; in the bottom two clash, Fintan dominated Mitcheldean 5-1.

Gloucester City delivered an emphatic 7-0 victory over Frampton Rangers in the South West Women’s League Premier Division with multiple goal scorers including Sachi Kaneko-Grun and Georgia Vandries each netting twice.

Cheltenham Town fell 2-0 to Oxford United in the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier Division, with Emma Thompson and Maisy Barker scoring the second-half goals.

Cirencester Town battled to a 3-3 draw with Corsham Town in Division One North, with Annie Martin netting twice for Cirencester. Hartpury edged Bishop’s Cleeve 1-0 in the County Women’s League Division One, keeping pace in the promotion race.

Cheltenham Civil Service maintained a six-point lead atop Division Two following a 9-0 rout of Cinderford Town, featuring a hat-trick by Samantha Gifford. Bishops Cleeve Development holds strong at the top of Division Three after a 1-1 draw with Cheltenham Spa.

In Division Four, leaders Fry Club suffered their first defeat, losing 2-0 to Lydney Town. Ashton Keynes earned their first win of the season with a 3-2 victory over Thornbury Town, while Berkeley Town fell 3-1 to Wessex Wanderers.
