A tragic multi-vehicle crash near Hereford resulted in the death of a 62-year-old woman on Sunday morning, December 17. The incident occurred on the A465 at Allensmore at approximately 11am and involved a black Mini, a blue Ford Transit van, and an HGV tanker.
