Exciting Updates on the Upcoming M5 Cotswolds Designer Outlet

Prepare to be dazzled as the M5 Cotswolds Designer Outlet nears its opening near the M5 in Gloucestershire. Set to officially open its doors in early summer 2025, early signs point to a potential launch in July, with job adverts for shops fueling anticipation.

The construction progress is gaining momentum, evident through the surge in advertised positions for shops and restaurants at the shopping center. Positioned off junction 9 for Tewkesbury and adjacent to the Dobbies garden centre, this outlet will debut in two phases and is part of a larger development that includes 1,500 new homes in the area.

In recent months, a flurry of job postings for prominent brands expected to set up shop at the new destination center has sparked excitement. Furthermore, rumors about the arrivals of certain stores are swirling, with some already proving to be true.

Anticipated to create around 500 new jobs upon completion, the Cotswolds Designer Outlet in Ashchurch falls under the management of outlet operator Multi-Realm.

At the heart of the 300-acre development site vision outlined by Robert Hitchins, the Cotswolds Designer Outlet, along with the Dobbies Garden center and Waitrose Foodhall, will ultimately host over 90 brands upon completing its two phases.

Progress on the construction of over 1,000 homes within the site is well underway, complete with community spaces and essential infrastructure.
