The opening of the Cotswolds Designer Outlet near the M5 in Gloucestershire is just around the corner. Although the official opening date remains a mystery, job postings for the shops indicate a possible start in July.
Construction progress is steadily moving forward, with an increasing number of job opportunities arising for shops and restaurants at the shopping center, located off junction 9 for Tewkesbury. This outlet, situated near the Dobbies garden center, will be unveiled in two phases as part of a broader development that encompasses 1,500 new houses in the vicinity.
In recent weeks and months, numerous job listings have surfaced for prominent brands that are set to establish their presence at this new shopping hub. Additionally, there are speculations about several stores that might be coming aboard—some of which have already been confirmed through earlier rumors.

Upon completion, the Cotswolds Designer Outlet in Ashchurch is projected to generate up to 500 new employment opportunities. The management of this center falls under the purview of outlet operator Multi-Realm.
Serving as a focal point within Robert Hitchins' extensive vision for the 300-acre development site, the Cotswolds Designer Outlet will eventually feature over 90 brands alongside the Dobbies Garden center and Waitrose Foodhall. The development also encompasses the construction of more than 1,000 homes, which is currently in progress, along with accompanying community spaces and infrastructure.
