A Gloucester man has been sentenced to over seven years in prison following a major police operation that uncovered £100,000 worth of drugs, weapons, and designer clothing.
Mohammed Bham, aged 37 and currently of no fixed address, was sentenced at Gloucester Crown Court on Tuesday, June 2, to seven years and three months for drug-related offences.
Authorities began investigating Bham after receiving intelligence linking him to the supply of Class A drugs. On Wednesday, February 11, police arrested him as he left his rented property in Barnwood and got into a Mercedes parked outside.

During the search of the property, officers found quantities of cocaine, heroin, and approximately £3,000 in cash. Further investigation revealed Bham had rented two self-storage units.
Searches of these storage units uncovered a £100,000 cash stash and additional Class A drugs. In total, police seized about 755 grams of cocaine and 625 grams of heroin, estimated to have a street value around £100,000.
The operation also resulted in the discovery of weapons including several air pistols, two crossbows, and two machetes, all of which have since been destroyed along with the seized drugs and a mobile phone.
Bham’s Mercedes and high-value designer clothes were also confiscated.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of possession with intent to supply cocaine and heroin, and one count of possession of criminal property. He received an additional concurrent four-year sentence for possession of criminal property.
Upon his release, Bham will face a Proceeds of Crime hearing and will be subject to a two-year Serious Crime Prevention Order.
Detective Inspector Matt Dill of Gloucestershire Constabulary’s Serious and Organised Crime Unit commented: “Mohammed Bham was discreetly supplying large quantities of Class A drugs into Gloucestershire for significant personal financial gain. His conviction and sentence reflect the skilful and diligent work of the investigation team and our commitment to tackling Serious and Organised Crime within Gloucestershire and bringing those who seek to benefit from dealing drugs to justice.”
