A burglary near Tetbury has resulted in the theft of diggers and trailers valued at approximately £35,000. Gloucestershire Police confirmed that unknown suspects broke into a site on the A46 in Lasborough sometime between 6pm on Friday, June 12, and 8am on Saturday, June 13.
Among the stolen equipment are a yellow Kobelco mini 1-ton digger, two Ifor Williams trailers, and a blue Kobelco mini 3-ton digger. These items were taken from a property close to the Boxwell Road junction.
Authorities have not yet recovered the stolen machinery and are urging local residents and motorists to remain vigilant. Anyone who spots the equipment or has relevant information, including CCTV or dashcam footage, is encouraged to contact police.
