Devoted Mum, Granny, and Great Granny Remembered in This Week’s Gloucestershire Funeral Notices

Sharing the passing of a loved one through local news media is a time-honored tradition, and we are deeply honored by the trust placed in us to announce these significant moments. Every funeral notice published in our newspaper and on our news website also appears on funeral-notices.co.uk, the UK’s leading platform for death notices and memorials. These notices remain accessible indefinitely, providing families and friends with a lasting tribute, a safe space to share memories, add tributes, photos, and make donations in honor of their loved ones.

Each week, we pay homage to those remembered in our community through funeral notices and online tribute pages. Below is a selection of the notices published earlier this week from Gloucestershire.

  • Walters (Pat): A deeply loved mum and nanny, Pat passed peacefully in her sleep on Sunday 24th May. Per her wishes, there will be no funeral, but donations in her memory to an animal charity of your choice would be appreciated. She will be greatly missed.
