The tradition of announcing the passing of loved ones through local news remains a deeply respected and valued practice. We are honoured by the trust placed in us to share these significant announcements with the community. Every funeral notice published in our newspaper and on our website is also available on funeral-notices.co.uk, the UK’s leading platform for death notices and memorials. These notices stay online indefinitely, offering friends and family a lasting tribute—a safe space to share memories, post tributes and photographs, and make donations in remembrance.
Each week, we pay heartfelt tribute to those remembered in our region through funeral notices and online memorial pages. To view the latest announcements, add your own tributes, or create a funeral notice, please visit funeral-notices.co.uk or contact our dedicated team at 01482 908084.
