A disturbing incident unfolded on Reddings Road in Cheltenham on Wednesday, November 26, when a cyclist reportedly attacked a pedestrian with a bicycle chain, resulting in serious injuries.
According to Gloucestershire Police, the assault occurred at approximately 12:40 pm. The pedestrian sustained head injuries requiring hospital treatment after being struck with the chain by a man riding a bicycle.
Since the incident, police have conducted several inquiries but have yet to identify two individuals who may hold crucial information. CCTV images of a man and a woman have been released, with authorities urging anyone who recognizes them to come forward.

A spokesperson for Gloucestershire Police emphasized the importance of public assistance: “We are appealing to anyone who can identify the man and woman pictured or who has information related to this assault to contact us. Although the images are not very clear, we believe someone may know these individuals and can aid our investigation.”
