Her visit took a sobering turn when she was introduced to a nuclear bomb tested at the site. “No way, an actual nuclear bomb?” Anita asked her guide, Bill. He explained, “This bomb was tested here to ensure its stability in flight, preventing accidental detonation. Although this is a small one, it’s nuclear.”
