Adam Henson, known for his role as a presenter on Countryfile, has provided a rare insight into his family, unveiling details about his uncle, Nicky Henson, who was a well-known actor, with credits in shows like Inspector Morse, Lovejoy, and Fawlty Towers. Notably, Nicky appeared on EastEnders in 2006 as Jack Edwards.
Recounting his upbringing, Adam mentioned that his father, Joe Henson, was also in showbiz, featuring on TV programs such as Animal Magic and In The Country alongside Angela Rippon. Adam shared that growing up, encounters with celebrities at the family farm were quite common.
Sadly, Nicky Henson passed away in 2019 after a lengthy battle with cancer. In an interview before his death, he expressed gratitude for the additional time he had following his diagnosis and subsequent treatments.
