Cotswolds Designer Outlet Nears Completion with New Stores and Restaurants

The Cotswolds Designer Outlet in Gloucestershire is set to open this July, offering a flagship shopping experience just off the M5 near Tewkesbury. With over 40 shops and restaurants, the first phase of the development on Platinum Drive is nearing completion, as showcased in recent drone footage from contractor Bouygues UK.

The outlet has already confirmed renowned brands such as Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, with other major names like Adidas, BOSS, M&S, and more joining the lineup. The site will also feature popular food and drink options including Five Guys, Zizzi, and Lindt.

The outlet’s design draws inspiration from the local architecture and materials, blending modern and traditional elements for a contemporary Cotswolds style. The location, easily accessible at Junction 9 of the M5 motorway, is expected to attract customers from the Bristol to Birmingham catchment area, as well as tourists visiting the Cotswolds and the nearby town of Tewkesbury.

The success of phase one has prompted an expedited launch of phase two, which will ultimately introduce up to 90 stores and contribute to a larger area development including 1,500 new-build homes.
