Jeremy Clarkson has shared disappointing news for fans of Clarkson’s Farm: the production of the sixth season has been put on hold. The Amazon Prime show, which follows Clarkson, Lisa Hogan, farmer Kaleb Cooper, and their team managing Diddly Squat Farm and The Farmer’s Dog pub, has faced an unexpected setback due to persistent bad weather and tuberculosis (TB) restrictions.
Filming, originally planned to continue following the conclusion of season five’s shoot in September last year, has been delayed with no confirmed restart date. Clarkson revealed in his Sunday Times column that heavy rain since the start of the year has made it impossible to plant crops or manage the farm’s livestock. Additionally, TB restrictions continue to limit activities with the cows.
Despite Clarkson’s usual busy schedule—which includes running multiple enterprises and hosting television shows—he candidly described the current pause: “There’s no filming happening on the farm at the moment. Or farming. It hasn’t stopped raining since the beginning of the year, so I can’t plant anything, and I can’t do anything with my cows either because we are still locked down by TB.”

Fans can look forward to the fifth season premiering on Amazon Prime this May with eight episodes, while the sixth series remains on hold.
In brighter news, Lisa Hogan shared a glimpse of hopeful developments at the farm through Instagram, showing the flock of sheep expecting lambs. “The sheep are up the duff! Look at their fat bellies. I hope we have twins from some of them,” she posted, receiving warm congratulations from fans.
Clarkson’s Farm continues to be a popular blend of farming challenges and British countryside charm, eagerly awaited by its audience. Viewers can stream past seasons now on Amazon Prime.
