Announcing the passing of loved ones through local news media is a cherished tradition, and we take pride in the trust placed in us to share these important announcements. Every funeral notice published in our newspaper and on our website is also available on funeral-notices.co.uk, the UK’s leading site for death notices and memoriam tributes. These notices remain online indefinitely, offering family and friends a lasting tribute — a safe space to share memories, add tributes, upload photographs, and make donations in memory of their loved one.
Each week, we honour those in our community who have passed away by featuring funeral notices and online tribute pages. Below is a selection of the notices published this week. To read all the latest announcements or to create a funeral notice yourself, please visit funeral-notices.co.uk or contact our dedicated team at 01482 908084.
