Cheltenham’s Beloved Burger Joint Teams Up for One-Day Food and Music Festival

This summer, foodies and music lovers have a new reason to get excited. Beef Stock, a vibrant one-day food and music festival, is set to take over the iconic Nozstock site in Bromyard, Herefordshire, on Saturday, August 16. This remarkable event is a collaboration between The Beefy Boys—Cheltenham’s award-winning grill masters—and Nozstock Festival, promising an unforgettable celebration of culinary delights and live entertainment.

Beef Stock offers guests an immersive experience filled with fire-powered feasts featuring low ‘n’ slow cooked briskets, sizzling Tomahawk steaks, whole BBQ chickens, and mouthwatering sides. Multiple Beefy Boys cooking stations will be joined by renowned guest vendors including Gurt Wings, Doughzy Mares Pizza, and Jerk Bay Ltd, creating a diverse and smoky street food scene.

Festival-goers can also enjoy live BBQ demonstrations on the Live Fire Demo Stage, featuring some of the UK’s top BBQ talents such as Murf (The Beefy Boys co-founder), Tubby Tom, Simon Morley (Under The Nut Tree), Ashley Tunley (Big Smoke BBQ), and Anthony Legge (Legges Butchers), with more exciting names to be announced. Alongside the culinary attractions, visitors can explore a bustling marketplace of local traders, artisan butchers, and premium food producers.

Nozstock’s signature charm will shine through with a packed lineup of family-friendly activities, live performances, and dynamic music sets, including acts like Foreign Affairs.

“We wanted to create something that brings together everything we’re passionate about: food, fire, friends, and good music,” says Anthony ‘Murf’ Murphy, co-founder of The Beefy Boys. “We’ve cooked at festivals across the country, and now it’s time to throw our own, and Nozstock is the perfect place to do it.”

Tickets for Beef Stock are priced at just £10, with free admission for children aged 12 and under. Early booking is highly recommended to secure your spot at this fiery fusion of flavour and fun.
