Mango, one of the world’s leading fast-fashion brands, has officially opened its first store in Cheltenham, marking a significant expansion into the Cotswolds region. The new 4,500 square foot store, situated in Regent Arcade, brings Mango’s renowned women’s collection closer to local shoppers.
Founded in Barcelona in 1995, Mango has grown into a global powerhouse with more than 2,000 stores worldwide and thousands of employees. The Cheltenham store showcases the brand’s latest women’s apparel, footwear, and accessories, blending timeless staples with stylish, contemporary pieces inspired by Mango’s Mediterranean roots.
Describing Cheltenham as the “perfect new home,” a company spokesperson emphasized the store’s bright, inviting atmosphere designed to enhance the shopping experience. This opening is a crucial part of Mango’s ambitious global expansion strategy, targeting the launch of 500 new stores by the end of 2026, including 15 across the UK this year alone.

The UK remains a vital market for Mango, ranking among its top 10 worldwide. Recent financial results underline this success, with the brand reporting a 13% increase in global turnover, reaching €3.8 billion in 2025.
