A 37-year-old man from Cheltenham is scheduled to appear at Gloucester Crown Court next week to face serious charges related to sexual offences against a child.
Joseph O’Hara, residing on Orchard Avenue in Cheltenham, is charged with six counts of sexual offences. These charges include five counts of engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged between 13 and 15, and one count of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl in the same age group.
Additionally, O’Hara faces a charge of stalking, which involves causing fear of violence or serious alarm to the victim.

O’Hara will attend Gloucester Crown Court on Monday, July 27, for a pre-trial plea hearing, where he will formally respond to the charges.
