A 37-year-old man from Cheltenham is scheduled to appear at Gloucester Crown Court next week to face serious charges related to sexual offences involving a minor.
Joseph O’Hara, residing on Orchard Avenue, Cheltenham, is charged with six counts of sexual offences against a girl aged between 13 and 15. These charges include five counts of engaging in penetrative sexual activity and one count of non-penetrative sexual activity with the minor.
In addition to these charges, O’Hara faces an accusation of stalking that caused fear of violence or serious alarm.

He is due to appear at the Gloucester Crown Court on Monday, July 27, for a pre-trial plea hearing.
