Joseph O’Hara, a 37-year-old man from Orchard Avenue, Cheltenham, is scheduled to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on Monday, July 27. He faces multiple charges related to sexual offences against a child.
O’Hara is charged with five counts of engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged between 13 and 15, as well as one count of non-penetrative sexual activity involving a girl in the same age group. Additionally, he faces a charge of stalking, involving conduct that caused fear of violence or serious alarm.
The upcoming court appearance will be a pre-trial plea hearing as the case moves forward through the judicial system.
