A Cheltenham man has been sentenced to three years and four months in prison for supplying drugs over a two-year period. Thomas Blomer, 37, from Wimborne Close in Up Hatherley, pleaded guilty to seven drug-related offences.
Police conducted a warrant after developing intelligence linking Blomer to drug dealing activities. Searching his bedroom, officers found a cache of controlled substances, including 76.5 grams of cocaine hydrochloride, 28 grams of a mix of MDMA and ketamine, and 128 grams of cannabis. The estimated street value of the drugs was nearly £10,000.
Authorities also seized an iPhone containing 18 text message conversations that confirmed Blomer’s involvement in selling controlled substances between November 2022 and November 2024. Following his arrest on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs, police obtained production orders on his bank accounts, revealing payment transactions related to drug sales.

Blomer subsequently pled guilty to all charges and was fined £270 under Section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. The police destroyed all confiscated drugs and paraphernalia.
A spokesperson for Cheltenham and Tewkesbury Local Policing Area commented, “We are pleased that Blomer has been removed from our streets and can no longer harm our community through drug dealing activities. This conviction demonstrates our ongoing commitment to disrupting drug crime in Gloucestershire.”
Gloucestershire Police confirmed the sentence, emphasizing their continued efforts to tackle drug offences locally.
