Cheltenham Man Jamie Pockett Charged with Multiple Burglaries and Escape from Custody

Jamie Pockett, a 44-year-old resident of Cheltenham, was arrested on Thursday, July 10, after a period of evading law enforcement. He has been formally charged with three counts of burglary as well as one count of escaping from lawful custody. In addition to these charges, 25 separate shoplifting offences have been taken into consideration during legal proceedings.

Pockett was previously subject to an anti-social behaviour injunction designed to prevent further disruptive conduct. Following his arrest, he was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on Friday, July 11.
