A 16-year-old girl was left extremely shaken after being targeted by a group of six teenage boys in Coney Hill Park, Gloucester, who tried to steal her phone and used a stun gun to shock her leg. The incident occurred around 5.15pm on Saturday, 12 September, at the park on Metz Way.
The gang, described as wearing black clothing and balaclavas, consisted of five youths on electric bikes and one on foot. Gloucestershire Police have confirmed that while the attempted robbery did not succeed and the victim did not sustain serious injuries, she was deeply disturbed by the ordeal.
Police have provided descriptions of the suspects, noting that four were white and two were Black, with ages estimated between 14 and 15 years old. Officers conducted searches in the area following the incident, but the group had already fled towards Metz Way.

Authorities are now appealing to the public for any information. They ask anyone who was in the vicinity at the time and witnessed the incident, saw the group, or has doorbell or CCTV footage from Metz Way that could assist the investigation, to come forward.
