Bohemians Set to Sign Cheltenham Town Full-Back Darragh Power

Bohemians are poised to bolster their defense with the signing of 25-year-old full-back Darragh Power from Cheltenham Town. The Irish defender, who joined Cheltenham from Waterford in January 2025, has been an active part of the Robins squad, featuring in 14 starts and 19 substitute appearances across all competitions during his time there.

Bohemians, based in Dublin, concluded last season in fourth place in the League of Ireland Premier Division, securing a spot in the UEFA Conference League first-round qualifying. This strategic signing aims to enhance their competitive edge as they prepare for upcoming challenges.

Meanwhile, Cheltenham Town has already made three new acquisitions this month. These include left-back George Nurse, West Bromwich Albion loanee Cole Deeming, and forward Josh Davison, who joined on loan from Tranmere Rovers until the season’s end. Cheltenham is set to face Accrington Stanley away in League Two action this Saturday at 3 pm.
