A motorcyclist remains in critical condition following a serious collision in the Forest of Dean. Emergency responders were alerted at approximately 7:25 a.m. on Wednesday, July 8, after a crash was reported on Roman Road near Dymock.
The incident involved a silver BMW and a green Triumph motorcycle on the B4215. Gloucestershire Police confirmed the motorcyclist sustained life-threatening injuries and was airlifted to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham, where he is currently receiving treatment.
The crash caused the closure of the road for over 12 hours, reopening around 7 p.m. that evening. Police are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to assist their investigation.
