The Christmas Cotswold Fair, one of Gloucestershire’s longest-standing festive shopping events, has confirmed its return dates for 2026. Now in its 41st year, this beloved fair will take place from 9 to 12 November at Todenham Manor Farm in Moreton-in-Marsh.
Since its modest beginnings in 1985 with just a few stalls, the fair has grown to attract over 6,000 visitors annually and showcases more than 220 independent brands. Visitors can enjoy a broad selection of beautifully crafted gifts, homewares, fashion, food, artisanal goods, and festive treats, all gathered under one roof within the picturesque Cotswold countryside.
Organisers are introducing a fresh new look this year while maintaining the elements that have made the event a favourite with Christmas shoppers for over four decades. Alongside shopping, the fair will feature workshops, demonstrations, and a variety of delicious food offerings, providing inspiration and a uniquely festive day out.

A spokesperson commented, “The Christmas Cotswold Fair is a firm fixture in the seasonal calendar, offering visitors a special combination of independent shopping and festive activities within a beautiful rural setting.”
Event organiser Lucy Greaves expressed enthusiasm for the 2026 edition: “We’re thrilled to welcome visitors back for the 41st instalment. Each year, we aim to enhance the visitor experience by introducing exciting new brands and hosting engaging workshops and demonstrations.”
The fair has a strong charitable focus, having raised over £1.5 million for causes including WellChild, the national charity supporting seriously ill children and their families, which it has backed for 30 years. Matt James, Chief Executive of WellChild, said, “The Christmas Cotswold Fair has become a truly special event for our charity, bringing together supporters who make a meaningful difference to children with complex medical needs and their families across the UK.”
He added, “For every family, home is where childhood unfolds, memories are made, and young people thrive surrounded by loved ones. As the number of children with complex medical needs rises, events like this fair play a vital role in supporting them on their journey from hospital to home and towards living well.”
Looking ahead, Lucy Greaves shared an ambitious goal: “We hope to make 2026 the best year yet and aim to raise over £2 million for our incredible charitable partners.”
The fair’s schedule begins with an opening evening on Monday, 9 November, from 5.30pm to 9.30pm, followed by full days from 9am to 5pm until Thursday, 12 November. Early bird tickets are now available starting from £19 plus a booking fee via the Christmas Cotswold Fair website.
