Cheltenham’s cherished Wishing Fish Clock has returned to delight visitors and shoppers at Regent Arcade, much to the joy of the local community. Known for its whimsical chimes and enchanting bubbles, this quirky clock now performs every half hour, just as generations fondly remember.
Suspended above the arcade’s central atrium, the mechanical clock is one of Cheltenham’s most distinctive landmarks. After a period of silence and stillness, the Wishing Fish is now bubbling back to life, releasing streams of bubbles that float playfully over the crowds below.
